The "A" Team Regulator Warranty

The regulator is adjustable by us. If you adjust it, it probably won't function properly, if at all. We have special tools for testing this and we test them for 48 hours before they go out, so we are pretty confident that you shouldn't have a problem. As long as no one has tampered with the regulator it is warranted. If someone messes with it, all bets are off. (Which includes attempted pressure adjustments or disassembly). We don't even ask for return shipping to get the regulator back to you with-in the first year. (With-in the US no charge, outside the US there is a fifteen dollar return shipping charge). After the first year there is a twenty five-dollar charge for warranty service and return shipping. This twenty five-dollar charge will cover you for another year if it is required to send your regulator in again. It is unlikely that you will ever need the warranty but it is here for you as long as you own the regulator and The "A" Team is still in business. It has not come up much but even if you allow dirt to get in it, it's covered. If you install it wrong, it's covered. We will do everything in our power to make you happy provided no one has tampered with the regulator. Just call us first. There may be a simple fix that you can do over the phone.

Keep in mind if you send your gun out for repairs and leave the regulator in and some one tampers with the regulator the warranty is void. It is highly recommended that you remove the regulator from your gun and keep it in your possession while you are having your gun serviced. The regulator is easily removed and replaced with the supplied accessories included in the original kit.

If you sell the gun with the regulator in place then the previous owner must notify us and provide the information about the new owner and the gun that has the regulator in it. The new owner must also notify us so that we have all current information to follow-up for potential warranty work. There is no charge for transfer of owner ship, but the new owner does take on the responsibility of notifying us promptly to maintain warranty coverage. The original owner should provide the coupler and all literature that is included in the original Regulator Kit to the new owner.

This warranty is a work in progress and is subject to change as final wording and conditions are being anticipated. In no way will changes to this warranty leave you uncovered. We will do everything in our power to make you happy.
